Security-Based Training
SRP trains security personnel and employees of hospitals, security companies, law enforcement, and more in the use of force, less force, and legal and physical implications of security-related issues.
We provide a wide range of general and specialized training in a variety of topics in accordance with all provincial and federal regulations.
Occupational Safety
We provide federally and provincially compliant certification and qualifications training in the areas: certification and qualifications in bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, and sensitivity, including stigma/ racism/bias/culture safety training.
First Responders
SRP offers a wide range of individual, small group, and large group training for first responders.
We are an official deliverer of Rescue 7 training programs Provincially and federally recognized WSIB approved.
Health and Personal Safety Training
SRP offers a wide range of individual, small group, and large group training in first aid and personal safety.

STOP HARM
SRP provides training in our unique program called STOP HARM. Strategies & Tactics Occupational/Operational Protection (STOP) - Hazards Awareness Response Management (HARM) ™ ® ©is a leadership and employee-focused program for de-escalation and conflict resolution communication protocol.
We provide federally and provincially compliance certification and qualifications training in the areas: aggression and behaviour management; conflict, confrontation, and crisis management; and physiological safety, including mental health.
