About Us
Our Background
Strategic Training Concepts (STC) was developed in 1997. STC developed and conducted training on behalf of Lamperd Less Lethal. STC was delivering both domestic and international use of force and weapons training to military, law enforcement, and security organizations....
In 2000, STC started conducting use of force, first responder, and other occupational health and safety-related courses. In 2003 STC started conducting specialized training for Pro Security Gear. In 2006 STC merged into a new corporation now known as Strategic Risk Protection Inc (SRP) and has continued to work with clients in Occupational Health and Safety, Operational Protection and Management.
SRP is an Ontario, Canada-based company that employs experienced instructors with current and or past law enforcement, military, medical, and security backgrounds. Using the E.L.I.T.E system, which is designed to provide the science behind best practices in developing specific training programs for our various clients, ensures effective and defensible results which use best practices and science in all training programs.

Using our ELITE program, SRP can assess, develop, evaluate, and then support any training and or education program.
Clients Specific Requirements
We will use our E.L.I.T.E system to examine your training issues and review and/or create policies and procedures. Using learning objectives based on science, legal requirements, and lessons learned to integrate an effective training program. We then evaluate to ensure the learning objectives have been met.
